Our Story
Real people, real small, real impactful. 2 Blue collar people with 4 children, who invested our lives savings into this business. We aim to provide a local spot you want to support and shout to the roofs about. We care about our employees, their families, our customers and community. Our baristas are the front line and we value them deeply. Supporting our business helps provide for 19 people. As a small business we pride ourselves on using other local small businesses for our beans, baked goods, tasty sandwiches and more. We also love giving back to our community in sponsorships and charitable support. As a whole we are not looking to be the espresso stand on the corner, we want to Bloom Coffee Bar, the spot that inspires community & connection.
Our Amazing Staff
Tiera
Wednesday-Saturday Mornings, Tiera comes with years of experience. She has been with Bloom for a year working her way from closer to lead barista. When she is off the clock here she works on her Tattoo business!
Rowie
Closing it down the later part of the week is Rowie. She has been a barista for a few years and is currently in cosmetology school - Catch her while you can.

5+ years' experience, Kate is great at filling in where we need. Catch her a random morning, bar backing our weekend rush or making sure we are stocked up.

We are looking for the right fit who can move a line efficiently while also giving top notch service. A early bird who loves starting the day with positively, great energy and amazing coffee.
Currently hiring for Sunday, Monday & Tuesday OPENS 16-20 hours weekly.
Also seeking a flex fit- Bar backing Fri-Sun mornings + Mid/close/open coverage weekly. Approximately 10-15 hours.
Previous experience is strongly preferred but some of my best barista's were once green and looking for a shot. If you're worth a shot than shoot it and prove it!
